We loved connecting with everyone at the booth, after our session on pay transparency, and our Syndio dinner. 💡Highlights: The event was abuzz with talk of AI and skills — the hopes, the realities, and when the two don’t neatly align. There were nudges for HR leaders to lean into the “never normal” while being the steady hand that supports the people who are the business. Through it all one thing was clear: HR’s role continues to grow exponentially more strategic as the world opens up a new technological chapter. 🍞 Syndio’s slice : In our slice of the event, we discussed all things pay — from pay equity and pay reporting to pay communications and pay education — with industry leaders from many of the world’s greatest brands. As growing requirements propel companies into new levels of transparency, everyone is looking to learn from one another.
