We loved connecting with everyone at the booth, after our session on pay transparency, and our Syndio dinner. 💡Highlights: The event was abuzz with talk of AI and skills — the hopes, the realities, and when the two don’t neatly align. There were nudges for HR leaders to lean into the “never normal” while being the steady hand that supports the people who are the business.
