We’re proud to have Tanger Outlets Nashville become our 20th shopping center to achieve U.S. Green Building Council #LEED certification. The center has also earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and we are committed to continuing to grow our participation in both programs. We also are honored to be able to better serve our communities in times of crisis by participating in the #StormReady program and to have been named a "Weather-Ready Nation" Ambassador. Tanger centers across the country have gotten a bright and early start with their annual tree lighting ceremonies this year! Our open-air shopping centers bring together families, friends, and neighbors to celebrate the festive season, with sparkling winter lights, live music and performances, visits with Santa, parades, reindeer, and activities for all ages. It's the perfect setting for our guests to spread cheer and season’s greetings while shopping for the best holiday deals on their favorite brands!

At Tanger, we're proud to support the communities in which we live and work. In our headquarters' hometown in North Carolina, we had the opportunity to send a group of children from the Greensboro Boys and Girls Club to watch Simone Biles and her team perform live as part of the Gold Over America Tour. We loved seeing their smiling faces in this photo and hearing about their unforgettable experience. Following another quarter of strong results for Tanger, CEO Stephen Yalof sat down with CNBC Mad Money host, Jim Cramer, to highlight why Tanger’s strategy is working, particularly among value-conscious consumers. Tanger’s select blend of high-quality retailers, diverse dining and entertainment options, and robust loyalty program are bringing shoppers back more frequently, to shop longer and spend more this shorter holiday shopping season.   Watch the full interview below.

Tanger CEO Stephen Yalof recently spent time with Ben Weiss, host of the Legends N Leaders podcast, to share stories from Stephen’s leadership path in retail. The two discussed how Stephen landed at Tanger, the importance of cultivating a strong company culture and team, Tanger’s commitment to enhancing the shopping experience, and his vision for growth fueled by customer-focused innovation.   “We’re constantly thinking about how to create the best possible shopping experience end to end. This past Sunday, more than 7,000 visitors packed our recently re-opened Tanger Outlets Asheville for the center’s largest Boo Bash celebration to date. The day included trick-or-treating with 40 participating retailers, strolling magicians and superheroes, stilt walkers, face painting and fairy hair stations, inflatables, pumpkin decorating, a photo booth, music and more. Nearly 190 bags of candy, over 400 pumpkins, and more than 1,000 various giveaways including 300+ retailer-donated gift cards were given away during the three-hour event. The energy, laughter, smiles and togetherness were a much-needed release for this city that is seeking a sense of normalcy in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Tanger is deeply committed to the communities it serves, and we were proud to play a small part in this healing process. We are grateful to the many retailers who helped make this happen, as well as our community partners including the City of Asheville's Police and Fire Departments and Parks & Recreation; and iHeartMedia Asheville. A big thanks also to the Tanger Asheville team who worked tirelessly to get our center open in time for this celebration, as well as the several Tanger team members who traveled to Asheville to volunteer their time and efforts. Congratulations to Bruce Fry on his well-deserved retirement after 30 years with Tanger! For the past three decades, Bruce held various leadership positions in field operations for Tanger in the Lancaster, PA, market - and most recently as General Manager of Tanger Outlets Lancaster.
