Following this morning’s Earnings Call, we’re pleased to provide a snippet of our fourth quarter and full-year performance, in which we capped off another milestone year for our organization and met or exceeded each of the long-term goals we laid out in early 2024. Among the fourth quarter highlights reported, we announced an 11% year-over-year increase in net sales orders. This week, our Chairman and CEO, Sheryl Palmer, was the keynote speaker at the Residential Energy Services (RESNET) Network Conference, speaking to Taylor Morrison’s commitment to building sustainable communities. RESNET was established to help homeowners reduce the cost of their utility bills by making their homes more energy efficient. In many of our markets, we leverage RESNET’s Home Energy Rating System (HERS®) to measure our homes’ energy performance. We are proud to share that in 2023, Taylor Morrison saw a 43% reduction in energy consumption compared to the HERS new-home benchmark. We're putting pen to paper on our 2024 Sustainability and Belonging Report and are eager to soon share some of our unique initiatives and accomplishments on the sustainability front. #ThisisTMLiving

Following the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene last year, The Fairytale Endings animal rescue in Charlotte Harbor was destroyed, with flooding so bad the resident dogs had water up to their necks. With some help from her teammates, and utilizing funds granted by Taylor Morrison’s Build Joy program, Naples Office Manager/TMA Casee Le fulfilled the shelter’s entire wish list, plus a little extra, purchasing everything from food and treats, to vitamins and cleaning supplies. “It’s heartbreaking to see an organization so dedicated to saving hopeless animals now in need of help themselves. Supporting them feels like a meaningful way to ensure they can continue their life saving work and bring hope to animals who deserve a better future,” Casee said.
