    This past November, we had the honor of partnering with Black Ambition Prize for their 4th annual So Ambitious Dinner and Demo Day event 🌟 We celebrated the mission to close the wealth gap and empower Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs to build limitless futures, creating a space for founders, attendees, and investors to network, collaborate, and build community. At Spring Place, we highlighted this year’s cohort of founders with an inspiring talk-back featuring Pinky Cole and Felecia Hatcher. As Demo Day commenced, we designed a gallery-style spotlight wall showcasing past founders and Black Ambition’s incredible achievements and global expansion. Our DJ set the atmosphere with light refreshments leading up to the live pitching competition and winner announcement. To ensure all eyes were on this magnificent event, we coordinated PR efforts, inviting media to cover the accomplishments of these remarkable entrepreneurs alongside Pharrell's lasting impact on the community.   • To launch SheaMoisture's Skin Cleansing Collection, we transformed the luxurious Fouquet Hotel and spa into a  “GLOWasis” and welcomed over 45 influencers and editors to a retreat celebrating relaxation, self-care, and SheaMoisture’s rich heritage through their plant-based formula, and body wash made especially for melanin-rich skin. The day began with an engaging breakfast event featuring a panel discussion with Blake Lawren, Eni Popoola, and Unilever R&D Scientist Kierstyn Harris. Guests then explored the new product line through thoughtfully curated displays and interactive moments. They enjoyed spa treatments designed to educate them on the collection’s transformative properties, including deep tissue massages, revitalizing facials, and soothing foot treatments with the new line, as well as a calming sound bath experience led by wellness expert, Teya Knapp. Throughout the day, guests were able to get a professional portrait photo during individual #ShowThatGlow photo sessions to capture their radiance. Each guest received a personalized “Glow Up Kit” with the full collection, a plush bathrobe, and other self-care essentials. They also created custom SheaMoisture Glow Ritual sections on their Amazon storefronts, sharing personalized product "cocktails" with their audiences. QR codes placed throughout the space allowed guests to easily share on social with their audiences, making GLOWasis a luxurious celebration of confidence and inner glow.

  • In continuation of the A$AP Rocky x PUMA Group collaboration, we took over the PUMA Flagship in NYC earlier this month for the highly anticipated drop of the new collection. Inspired by night racing and neon city lights, the collection infuses motorsport silhouettes with hits of neon and A$AP Rocky’s unique design ethos. Fans had the chance to be the first to purchase while taking part in a one of a kind shopping experience along with product customization and other giveaways. Guests took photos at an entry photo moment that replicated the set of the campaign video featuring live models, as well as a CCTV photo wall with live 'surveillance' footage across 16 digital screens. Rocky made an appearance hyping up the crowd and ending the event with an surprise performance. The A$AP Rocky x PUMA collection is available now on puma.com.

  • In October, we partnered with Sprite to help make Homecoming magic at North Carolina A&T and Spelhouse! Guided by Coca-Cola’s HBCU initiative #TheWorldIsMyYard, we hosted unforgettable Homecoming weekend pop-ups with a variety of interactive experiences including: a runway photo moment to show off their school spirit outfits, a branded confessional wall, fun giveaways, and product samples. During both events, DJ MT spun the soundtrack of Homecoming. Attendees were also given a chance to win a custom varsity jacket to help them continue the Homecoming vibes. 📸: Chris Leach + PRIME

  • In October, we partnered with Sony and brought The Boys universe to life by opening the first-ever Vought A Burger flagship in LA. Fans dove into the world of Vought International with exclusive merch, a themed menu, and immersive experiences inspired by the hit series On the first night of the event, the show’s cast and notable VIPs got exclusive access and enjoyed specialty cocktails while DAYSonMARKET spun the beats. From chowing down on the Big Homie Burger to snacking on Godolkin Nuggets, fans and cosplayers turned the event into a social media sensation! Shoutout to everyone who made the flagship launch a hit and giving fans another way to connect with The Boys’ world. #VoughtABurger #TheBoys

    At this year’s Culture Con, Max made a memorable return as the presenting sponsor for Culture Con, kicking things off with a camp-themed welcome moment at the entrance. Attendees were treated to Max Scene in Black x Culture Con NY tote bags, which were an instant hit—all 4000 bags were claimed within the first few hours of each day.In the Creative Playground, the Max Brew Cafe offered the GA experience, where attendees participated in 1:1 coffee chats with WBD and Max reps, discussing career goals and growth. Guests also enjoyed free, curated lattes from local Black-owned bakery Je T'aime Patisserie and crafted vision boards through a floral station, providing a perfect blend of inspiration and creativity. For VIP guests, Max curated an exclusive glamping-inspired lounge with an open bar featuring specialty cocktails, passed appetizers, and vibes powered by DJ Been Blackin. In the talent lounge, celebrity speakers and attendees found a peaceful retreat, complete with an open bar and light bites throughout the day—a serene oasis away from the crowds. Max also hosted two standout panels. The first was a fireside chat with Rhenzy Feliz, star of the HBO original series The Penguin, moderated by Frankey Smith. The second panel, Mapping Your Route to The Top, featured Max employees Kyra Lewis and Antoinette Miller discussing how to adapt to industry trends and seize opportunities to propel your career forward. Max’s presence at Culture Con brought both style and substance, engaging attendees across all experiences while keeping the CultureCon Camp theme at the forefront.

  • Earlier this month, we partnered with Delta Air Lines to celebrate the grand opening of their second Delta One lounge at LAX Terminal 3. As the gateway to a city where dreams come true, LAX set the stage for an exclusive VIP experience. Guests checked in at a custom Delta One desk and received personalized boarding passes for entry into the premium lounge. Once inside, they were treated to world-class dining, wellness experiences, and next-level service, all set to the beats of DJ Mos. To commemorate the moment, a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Sarah Michelle Gellar, Delta execs, LA Sparks' Cameron Brink, and Olympians Ashleigh Johnson and Victor Montalvo, followed by a champagne toast 🥂 Guests were encouraged to snap a stylish black-and-white keepsake in our custom photo booth.

  • Earlier this month, we partnered with Max’s Scene In Black to kick off Culture Con Week with Max Games at our CCNY Field Day, blending nostalgic competition with wellness activities for a fun, balanced, and energizing experience. We partnered with influencers to form teams, starting the day with a warm-up led by Brittney Newborn, who guided participants through Pilates stretches. The teams then went head-to-head in classic field day events like sack races, egg runs, and musical chairs, with the top two teams facing off in a final tug-of-war. As guests arrived, our BAs warmly welcomed them and gave them Max Games jerseys representing their chosen teams. We created an environment where everyone could embrace their inner child, offering activities like yard games, Jumbo Pong, and Pop-a-Shot. Guests could also unwind with Pilates classes or relax in the dugouts. Throughout the day, attendees enjoyed curated cocktails and delicious bites from bars and food stations around the venue. With the energetic support of our host Charles Beloved Kuykendoll and beats from DJ Mil-house, the vibe was fun, light-hearted, and filled with Black joy and laughter.

    To kick off CultureCon week, we partnered with SheaMoisture to host a private dinner celebrating Black business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives. The evening was a blend of celebration, education, and networking, designed to foster intentional connections while encouraging attendees to find moments of rest.    Guests stepped into a preview of SheaMoisture’s “Camp Shea Retreat” at CultureCon to sip on retreat-themed cocktails, strike a pose at the interactive photo moment, participate in group trivia, and connect with fellow trailblazers in the room. The night culminated in a pitch contest where randomly drawn, Black-business owners educated guests on their businesses for a chance to win two $1,000 grants and a grand prize of $5,000.
