Back with the the BBC and the Rip Off Britain team this week. Plenty of interesting items including cryptocurrency recovery where I met the super knowledgeable Louise Abbott discussing how to approach recovery through the legal process and regulatory changes. Great to with David McClelland discussing steps banks need to take with enrolment of digital cards into digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Wallet where an account holder is victim to a sim swap fraud. Every time I get the chance to work with the team for the show, I learn about new fraud typologies to help me think about how victims can recover losses but also how they can prevent fraud in the first place. Every day is a school day!
