Interesting article from Forbes, where they express that while Generative AI is now within everyone's reach, in general, we haven't seen much application in companies. The challenge lies in the fact that for it to be applied in a corporate environment, it is necessary to integrate this AI with information...the old and beloved problem of "Data Engineering". It's very easy to make an AI assistant that "chats" with a neat and ordered database...the hard part is having the database neat and ordered. That's why we created teramot. If it takes a company weeks or months to gather data and make decisions, from now on, it is because they decide it to be so.
Interesante nota de Forbes, donde expresan que si bien la AI Generativa ya está al alcance de todos, en general no hemos visto gran aplicación en empresas. El desafío está en que para que pueda aplicarse en un entorno corporativo, hay que integrar esa AI a la información...el viejo y querido problema de la "Ingeniería de Datos". Es muy fácil hacer un asistente de chat que "converse" con una base de datos prolija y ordenada....lo difícil es tener la base de datos prolija y ordenada. Por eso creamos teramot. Congratulations to our CEO Bruno Ruyu for giving a great talk at Stanford University Graduate School of Business! The title of the talk was "Data Driven or Data Doomed?" and he discussed the most important factors a sound Data Strategy should take into account. As well as the most common pitfalls companies encounter.
Poder dar una clase en Stanford supera cualquier sueño que haya podido tener de chico. Aprender fue siempre mi pasión y toda la vida me pase leyendo sobre grandes profesores de las mejores universidades del mundo. Todo esto tenía un aura de imposibilidad por la distancia, y lo distinto que veía ese mundo de mi realidad. Pero está claro que con determinación, se puede alcanzar, e incluso superar las expectativas. Gracias a mis compañeros y a Stanford University Graduate School of Business por dejarme compartir mi experiencia. Being able to teach a class at Stanford surpasses any dream I could have had as a kid. Learning has always been my passion, and I have spent my life reading about great professors from the best universities around the world. All of this had an aura of impossibility due to the distance, and how different I saw that world from my reality. But it's clear that with determination, it is possible to reach, and even exceed expectations. Thanks to my peers and to Stanford University Graduate School of Business for letting me share my experience.
