So I guess I made some phone calls last year....

Yesterday, my office held our 2025 kickoff meeting. It felt like the perfect moment to look back on 2024—a year defined by growth, grit, and results. ✅ 114 property valuations ✅ 61 deals closed ✅ $150 Million in sales volume ✅ 50+ active listings to kick off 2025 Last year wasn’t just about the numbers. Those are just the byproduct of focusing on what really matters: understanding the market, building real connections with buyers and sellers, and creating strategies that actually work for our clients. This market has been anything but easy. But staying data-driven and people-focused has been the key to turning obstacles into opportunities.
