Our thoughts are with those affected by these fires, and the firefighters and EMS personnel working to keep residents safe! We understand the challenges these fires present, and we want to assure you that Tether RE remains vigilant in ensuring the safety and security of our agents utilizing 24/7 monitoring. Our team is working diligently to manage the potential increased alarm activity and maintain timely response times. Our monitoring centers are taking the following steps to mitigate any potential disruptions: Increased Staffing: Centers have mobilized additional staff to handle any surge in alarm signals. Storm Queue Solution: Our advanced queuing system prioritizes alarms and ensures that critical events are addressed promptly, even during high-volume periods. Continuous Monitoring: We are actively tracking the situation and will provide updates as needed. Please be aware that some dispatch centers in the fire-affected areas may experience delays or disruptions. Our monitoring centers are working closely with local authorities and emergency responders to minimize any impact on our services. As a reminder, cell service and internet may also be impacted in areas where fires may have destroyed communications infrastructure, so users should do their best to remain in safe areas where they have service.
