We are excited to announce the opening of Atwell on Spring, located in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. This mixed-use project developed, constructed and managed by Bozzuto seamlessly integrates residential and retail spaces, serving as the vibrant core of the community. Residents will experience modern and sophisticated designs, stunning amenity spaces and community connectedness through pedestrian and biking paths to northern neighborhoods. Atwell on Spring allows residents to discover an elevated daily living experience featuring refined living and a sense of belonging. #BozzutoLiving

With millions of people in the U.S. facing hunger, Rise by Bozzuto set out to combat food insecurity this fall with our companywide initiative, Cans for Change. Our corporate offices and 248 Bozzuto communities hosted canned food drives collecting over 15,000 donations from residents and associates. In addition to the food drives, Community Champions led volunteer outings at local food banks, packing and sorting 108,000 pounds of food, which equates to 90,803 meals. Our associates’ passion for giving back to the community and demonstrating our core value of concern for those in need is truly remarkable.

Overlooking the iconic Chicago skyline, President and CEO Toby Bozzuto spent time with our Chicago associates at 727 West Madison, discussing the ethos of our company. He reiterated the importance of building relationships, putting our customers first, providing value and creating sanctuary for those we serve. These coffee chats continue to be the perfect opportunity to celebrate our employees and thank them for all they do every day.

Bozzuto Construction recently held its annual fishing trip, an opportunity for associates to intentionally connect outside the workplace or job site. In addition to fishing, teams celebrated their accomplishments with an award ceremony, participated in a skills challenge and enjoyed a crab feast together. This tradition started with Tom Bozzuto’s love for fishing, and we look forward to continuing it for many years to come.

This week, we were honored to attend the Boys and Girls Club 20th Annual Youth & Real Estate Event, which focuses on building a supportive foundation and paving a way for a brighter future for the children and teenagers in the Greater Washington, D.C. region. Through Bozzuto and Rise by Bozzuto’s long-standing partnership with The Boys and Girls Club, we strive to provide essential opportunities and continuously empower the leaders of tomorrow.

As we celebrate World Kindness Day, we share our gratitude for the incredible people who work at Bozzuto and their commitment to making the world a better place. Through Rise by Bozzuto and our employee resource groups, our associates create opportunities to give back and spark change in their communities. Today and every day, we are dedicated to making a positive difference and strengthening our unique culture of kindness.

In the past month, Bozzuto's Client Services team hosted engaging events for clients and partners, beginning with in-person gatherings on the West Coast and in the Mid-West and concluding with a virtual State of the Market. The event featured Director of Research Nick Mills's discussion of market trends, portfolio insights, engaging broker panel discussions and near-term forecasts.

Today on Veterans Day, we honor all past and present military service members. To commemorate their resilience and immense sacrifice, our employee resource group VETS hosted a luncheon for Bozzuto veterans and a company-wide panel discussion featuring Chairman, Co-Founder and Vietnam Veteran Tom Bozzuto, alongside Bozzuto veterans Timothy Oswalt and J.E. Miles-Smith and military spouse Tara Brewster. Topics included their service experiences, the impact on their families and their transition back to civilian life. Thank you to all service members for your dedication and bravery.
