🎉 We’re thrilled to announce the wrap of the 9th cohort of the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program (BNDP). Participating in the Developing Second Line of Leadership module, the cohort comprised 150 leaders from 20 nonprofits and social enterprises across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. Over four months, these leaders deliberated on various aspects of talent development—identifying their organizational and individual competencies and crafting development plans to foster greater leadership in their teams.
