We make the science of implementation practical and accessible.
About us
We train, support, and empower individuals and organizations in applying theory and evidence-informed change methods to improve outcomes. When people have something they want to implement, we help them think about and plan for the “how-to” — things like how to overcome barriers to change, how to assess readiness and context, how to plan for adaptations, and how to sustain or expand their efforts. As a social enterprise, our work focuses on supporting individuals and organizations that are implementing evidence and programs to address social issues, create positive change, and achieve global impact.

People are talking more and more about spreading awareness and adopting trauma-informed approaches in relation to #implementation. The CDC and SAMHSA developed a training for emergency preparedness that introduced the 6 Guiding Principles to a Trauma-Informed Approach: 1. Safety 2. Trustworthiness & Transparency 3. Peer Support 4. Collaboration & Mutuality 5. Empowerment Voice & Choice 6. On gaps and research. I am not a fan of gap spotting to motivate research - but I do think you should understand the gap that you are addressing in your work - I find this table helpful for doing so. If you understand the gap, it is easier to identify the kind of work that you need to do, to address. You can find more at: https://lnkd.in/eYrNfW84 Best of luck! #academicresearch
