DON'T QUIT. In the early days of building this company, my father reminded me of the success I had in the automobile business, suggesting I go back to what was comfortable. Starting something new is never easy, and there will be days when returning to what you know feels tempting. But don’t quit. Growth demands that we push our boundaries. Giving up on something you’re passionate about means denying yourself the chance to grow. Too many people quit just before the breakthrough happens. The month after my dad encouraged me to go back to the car business, we closed a deal that earned our first six-figure commission. Don’t quit. The morning is on its way!
