Key Insights: 🔹 Role of Crypto Exchanges in Asset Recovery: Crypto exchanges often serve as a point of identification for asset controllers in blockchain fund tracking. However, approaching exchanges without clear evidence of wrongdoing should be avoided. 🔹 Need for Clear Evidence: The case shows the importance of having straightforward evidence when tracing cryptocurrency movements. We welcomed around 200 incredible women from across the globe, representing every continent and time zone. It was truly inspiring to see everyone's cameras on, fully prepared for the session by reading in advance and preparing thoughtful questions, even those attending past midnight and even 3 AM in their countries! Their engagement and enthusiasm were evident as we explored Blockchain, Bitcoin, and the emerging technology landscape together. This fully funded, virtual program is designed for women students aged 18 and above, with a special focus on those from Small Island Developing States, Developing Countries, marginalized communities globally, marginalized communities within developed countries, and students of color. The program is open to current and graduate students of Law, as well as new Attorneys-At-Law called to the Bar in the past 1-5 years. Additionally, individuals with backgrounds in Environmental/Climate studies or professions in the Environmental and Climate Related Fields are encouraged to apply. Throughout the program, I will have the opportunity to learn from experts in various fields, including artificial intelligence and cyber security, financial technology, and technology and climate.
