Team Greathouse got in the festive spirit over the weekend! ✨ Last Friday, we held our big team Christmas party at Top Golf. It's a joy when the entire team can get together and celebrate with one another. It was a night filled with gift swaps, a few missed driver swings, tasty eats and drinks, and even better company. Our team took part in the City of Belle Meade Christmas parade the following day. We've been proud to be a local #Nashville company for the last 40+ years, so participating in events like this around the community is always the best. 🎄

Nothing like helping out our local community on a Friday! 🙌 A few Greathouse team members (Ryan Sheehan, Ethan Wilson, and Josh Dotson) participated in a service day at DuPont-Hadley Middle School in Old Hickory, TN. We worked on the landscape around the campus and the installation of umbrellas for their outdoor lunch area. Our Day of Service partnership is possible with our partners, Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) & The Home Depot. 🌿

Greathouse is thrilled to unveil we did the landscaping for the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University, a project that's been in the works since 2020. 🌿 Our team transformed 2 acres with a beautifully integrated landscape that complements the architectural design of the building. Featuring a half-acre green roof composed of Sempergreen sedum mat and lightweight soils, this space not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides essential environmental benefits. Green roofs improve insulation, reduce urban heat, foster biodiversity, and serve as a stormwater retention mechanism, capturing rainwater to reduce runoff and allowing the entire 2 acres at ground level to be landscaped without additional drainage structures.
