Tadd and Sarah Kimm of Carlisle, Ohio, turned to the Water Well Wish program after their private well failed, leaving their family of five without running water for over a month. The family had to make daily trips to Sarah’s parents’ house—15 minutes each way—just to shower and wash dishes before receiving a grant to cover a new well installation.
