🌍 Financial empowerment is a cornerstone of sustainable development. In our recent session, community leader Patrick shared the transformative journey of VESAs (Village Economic and Savings Associations) in Malawi. As VESAs grow, they connect with microfinance institutions, establish cooperative and access larger financial loans—unlocking opportunities for irrigation, agriculture, business, and more. One powerful message from the session: “Don’t use your VESA savings for daily consumption. Save and invest to build a brighter future.” Together, we’re mobilizing communities to harness financial tools for long-term resilience. 💡 Learn more: thp.org #EndHunger #TheHungerProject #THPImpact
