Does your company need more leaders? There is a Supervisory 1 - Basic Fundamentals class starting up January 14th in Lancaster. This course provides potential or current supervisors with the tools and skillsets to “get results through other people.” If have been recently promoted, working on your career goals or a seasoned supervisor, then this program is for you! Class is a half-day (12:30 pm - 4 pm) for five (5) Tuesdays from January 14th through February 11, 2025 and held at Thaddeus Stevens College. This course can be taken alone and is the first part of our Master Supervision Certification porogram. Limited spots remain. Participants will have the opportunity for peer interaction plus the ability to discuss real-life scenarios with instructors that have extensive training and supervisory experience.
