One of my favorite musical sub-cultures of the last few years has been K-bands, Korean musical groups that play their own instruments (as opposed to choreography groups). This week, in celebration of these bands, my editor Kya Brogdon and I put together an article as an introduction to anyone wanting to start listening to these bands. They range from synth-rock groups singing in English, to hard-hitting ballads with epic guitar solos, and everything in between. I am soooo late to the game BUT reposting for reach!!! April started as our temp coordinator at the same time as I started my journey with WMU and she has been nothing short of amazing in the role. I am beyond grateful to have gotten to work so closely with her for the past year, sad to see her go but she would make a great addition to any team🫶🫶
