    We’re excited to announce that Zip has raised $190 million in Series D funding, bringing our valuation to $2.2 billion. This round was led by BOND, with new investors DST Global, Adams Street Partners, and Alkeon Capital joining us, along with continued support from our existing partners Y Combinator and CRV. This funding marks the largest investment in procurement technology in over two decades. But more importantly, it reflects the trust of every customer who has relied on Zip to transform their procurement processes. Just last month, Zip was named the category creator and a leader in the IDC MarketScape: Spend Orchestration 2024, underscoring our role as an innovator in the space. With this new funding, we’re doubling down on innovation to deliver even more value for our customers. We’ll accelerate R&D to build best-in-class procurement solutions, launch the Zip AI lab, and expand our global reach—particularly in EMEA, where we’ve seen over 200% growth in the past year. Our holistic approach has transformed operations for industry leaders like Prudential Financial, Snowflake, Instacart, and Northwestern Mutual—with Zip processing over $107 billion in spend, managing 3.9 million suppliers, and helping our customers save over $4.4 billion. With this latest funding round, Zip is poised to become the global standard for enterprise business spend.
