Togbog is a one of its kind App that will let people rate their experience with Recruiters, Search and Corporate Talent Acquisition professionals. It will allow people to search for agents for their career based on their expertise and rating. It will be a place where companies employment brand will be live and visible. Most importantly it will not become a social media negative spiral of negative commentary and annoying automated sales. People who go into the App control the messaging-recruiter can only respond to questions. People can only rate their experience with recruiter, not outcomes. A recruiter can only be rated by a person once and there is no place for commentary, name calling or anything negative. It designed to be an enjoyable experience for all parties where you can find a search professional or agent and build a relationship with them to help you leverage your career objectives.

Assessor. Person who has deep skills in Interviewing and Talent Management. I believe this will be a new and highly in demand job 5 years from now. I have been playing around with Matching Software/Sourcing AI tools for over a decade. While current state they are creating more problems than solving they are getting better. Change is coming. Candidate experience frustrations and companies needing to do better in who they hire and why (Interviewing skills have degraded not improved the last 5 years.) Companies will have less TA professionals sourcing and screening and more people doing real interviewing. These roles barely exist, and the skill set is very different from current TA and TM roles. Become an expert at interviewing and assessments if you are in the corporate world in HR,TA or TM. Assessor could be the most in demand, highest paying job. Dennis Dunlavey
