This is Dennis Dunleavy. I'm with Todd blog Talent Zone and I'm here to ask questions to be Stewart talent solutions. Eddie has had a great career and 3rd party recruiting internal talent acquisition leadership at Johnson and Johnson and for the last seven years has been leading a talent acquisition consulting practice. Eddie, how you doing today? I'm good, I'm good. Glad to be here. All right, well, good. Personally, I think it's kind of the law of unintended consequences. The tools have enabled more information to get spread more easily and it allowed companies to potentially process more resumes. But along the way, they've created more problems than they've helped. There's growing frustration and and struggles, let's say both on the corporate side and talent acquisition and on the candidate side, the point where I'm not sure it's more efficient and a better experience for either party than it was 10 years ago. Totally agree. I think that what what it comes down to is that companies that need to be laser focused on their recruiting process. They need to, for example, all of these AI tools. There's there's concern that candidates can sneak their way into a job right with with using all these AI tools and prepping and they get hired to a job that maybe they're not the best fit for, but there's a tried and true way to. Negate that, and that's to have an excellent assessment process, to have interview guides, to have hiring managers aligned with other stakeholders in the recruiting team. And that's what my company does, is to kind of assess the recruiting departments and make sure that there's an alignment and that, you know, companies have all the best tools to quickly and affordably hire the best talent.

AI models and agents do NOT work perfectly out of the box. They need to be trained in order to be effective - but how does this process work? 1. Determine what you want the model to do 2.
