"On our farm, we are ROI focused. You can chase bushels and high yields, and that's great, but did it make you money?" - Brooks Reid, #TotalAcre Member, from Brunswick, Missouri. See the latest episode of #FrontierFields from The Mosaic Company: https://ow.ly/cHoS50Uyroq

"I'm a firm believer that you need to put your agronomy in your own hands," he says. "The best thing you can see in the field is your shadow. Every field is different, so realizing that and figuring out how to make sure the crop gets the nutrition it needs when it needs it has upped our game." - Travis Dixon, Total Acre Member Read the full article: https://ow.ly/UOQW50UjnvW #SoilHealth #TotalAcre #PrecisionAgriculture

This Thanksgiving season, Total Acre is grateful for McKenzie Cain, our talented Grower Support Manager, who has been an integral part of our team since 2018. With a strong background in agriculture, McKenzie graduated from Illinois Valley Community College in 2019 with an Associate of Applied Science in Agronomy and another in Agricultural Business Management. McKenzie’s journey with the IL Total Acre Camp began on February 21, 2018, when she started her internship—making this past season her 7th year with the program. Over the years, she has embraced many roles within the Total Acre team, often referring to herself as the "Swiss army knife." From data processing and grower support to marketing and planning meetings, McKenzie has been instrumental in the success of our grower membership. Outside of work, McKenzie is a dedicated high school cheer coach and enjoys spending time with her one-year-old Golden Retriever, Scout. A passionate cook, she loves experimenting in the kitchen and sharing her culinary creations. We are thankful for McKenzie’s dedication, versatility, and positive impact, and we look forward to all she will continue to accomplish in the years ahead! #employeespotlight #thankful
