Coming out of #CES this year (and a few days contemplating in the 🏔️ 🏔️ ), it’s clear that AdTech is at a turning point. Here are my key takeaways: 1️⃣ AI Agents are redefining advertising. Generative AI is enabling highly personalized campaigns, automating everything from creative ideation to performance analytics. Brands are now optimizing engagement across platforms with minimal human intervention, accelerating growth and efficiency - allowing humans to lean into their true creative super powers. 2️⃣ Publishers are reclaiming a pivotal role. As third-party cookies near extinction, publishers are leveraging first-party data to drive monetization strategies and enhancing their value proposition in the ecosystem by becoming critical gatekeepers of audience insights. 3️⃣ Identity resolution remains a top challenge. Privacy regulations and evolving consumer behavior have made identity resolution more complex—but also more critical. Innovations like probabilistic matching and secure multi-party computation are paving the way for a privacy-first approach that doesn’t come at the expense of effective marketing, personalization, and customer experience strategies. CES 2025 made it clear that the future of advertising lies in a delicate balance between technological advancements, regulatory compliance, and consumer trust. What were your big takeaways?
