Spreading more holiday cheer! Taylor Rayle, Senior Account Manager, volunteered with her mom at The Salvation Army Wilmington, NC Corps at their toy warehouse to help get ready for their Angel Tree distribution. Their goal this year is to give away 2,100 bikes to the kids.

We love visiting the people and pets at Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh! TrueSense staff collected donations for HARP's Stuff a Dog House holiday drive, and the local members of our Animal Care team were so happy to deliver them and meet some of the four-legged recipients! Thank you for all you do for pets and wildlife in Southwestern Pennsylvania!

ROBERTA HELMSTADTER, Vice President of Client Services, along with her daughter Elsa and friends, rang the bell at the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle at their local grocery store. The girls were full of spirit, singing Christmas songs and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. They raised over $250 in two hours!

This hybrid role will have you managing all activities related to direct mail production, ensuring client specifications are met and agency recommendations are implemented seamlessly. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate production activities and maintain communication with account teams. - Review job instructions, manage data, and ensure the accuracy of all materials. - Calculate print pricing and attend production meetings to keep projects on track. - QC insertion samples, verify counts, and make sure all jobs are delivered on time. 🔧 Required Skills & Experience: - Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) - Familiarity with production processes and print purchasing. - At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar environment. - Marketing/business education is a plus but not required. 🏡 This is a hybrid position - You'll be working from our Warrendale, PA office at least once a week.
