Thank you Nickie DiFede, CSA, CDP for sharing this and for being such an incredible professional connection and friend. Your support means so much, and I love your like-mindedness...deepening relationships and making meaningful connections. I’ve been fortunate to help companies develop and implement strategies to build trust, strengthen networks, and grow their brands. But I’ve also had individuals approach me, asking, "Can I sit down with you one-on-one? What does it look like to bring you on?" After many conversations and refining what that looks like, I’m excited to re-roll out my brand development coaching service! It’s something I’ve introduced in smaller ways through events like The Room Where It Happens, but now it’s time to officially open the door for one-on-one sessions. Although my calendar is jam-packed and I stay super busy, I truly want to make time for people. That’s why I’m taking on about five clients at a time right now to ensure I can dedicate the focus and energy needed to help you succeed. If you’re ready to dive into intentional, relationship-centered growth for your brand or business, let’s connect!

In 2025, I’m not just networking—I’m connecting with purpose. This year, my focus is clear: build relationships that matter. Life and business have taught me that the most rewarding connections come when we move beyond the surface—when we show up intentionally, listen deeply, and add value to others. The ripple effect of these meaningful connections is undeniable. They spark collaboration, create opportunities, and remind us of the power of community-you know I love my community ❤️ My goal for 2025 is to nurture every interaction, deepen relationships, and seek out ways to lift others up. Let’s make this the year we choose connection over convenience and intention over habit. Thanks to those who sat and chatted with me over coffee or lunch during the past two weeks and I look forward to the upcoming meetings. Who’s with me? Let’s make it happen together. My first step in lifting another up is a shout out to Melinda Twillie-Bryant of Twillie Bryant Creative . She was with CarePatrol of Broward & Miami-Dade from inception and contributed to help support and nuture our growth on a regular and intentional basis. Check her out below:

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🎉 🚨 Long post alert, but don't miss the read! 😁❤️ I know it might seem like I’ve packed my calendar to the brim, and honestly, it looks a little crazy for January to already be this full...I FEEL a little crazy 🤪 😂 Between coffee meetups, lunches, dinners, family life, ministry work, and everything else, I can tell that 2025 is going to be another busy season. But a blessed one. ❤️ 🎉 Launch Watch Party: Kicking things off this weekend with Elicia M Bennett, M.Ed and Terri Jackson to celebrate wellness, connection, and fun. (Shoppers only. RSVP REQUIRED!) 🏡 Parkside Memory Care Tamarac: Hosting another professional preview of this fantastic new community as Seema Lakhani and Susette Tyson eagerly await final licensing to start moving in residents. 💡 The Dennis Project, Inc.: Honored to support their mission to expand access to STEM education for underserved youth. Auntaria Johnson is phenomenal. Are you in tech? You should totally connect with her. 🤝 PR2U Collaboration: Twillie Bryant Creative is thrilled to be taking on some event management for Pam Avalos, who's been elevating the 55+ community scene with educational and engaging lectures for two years now! 🎈 Social Workers Need Fun Too: Super excited for Allegro Senior Living, LLC Fort Lauderdale to host this month's gathering, where we’ll be throwing it back to the roaring 20s with a really fun Mafia Party Game. It's for social worker/case managers ONLY! Not a social worker, but want to sponsor? Message the page, myself or Pamela Avalos. Social workers/case managers across all industries are welcome! 📍 The Room Where it Happens: Keeping it at the three editions in Broward this month (the three Palm Beach editions will return later this year🤞🏽) , featuring the debut of the Breakthrough Box, a meaningful, intentional addition to these gatherings! The Room Where it Happens Attendee Page 🌟 REFRESH: For the Professional Christian Business Woman A monthly space for Christian women to connect, grow, and do Kingdom business together. 🎨 Creative Calm Workshops: I’m also excited to continue hosting "Creative Calm" around South Florida, which I first launched last year to inspire connection and renewal through art and wellness. Many of the events I host or partner on (like The Room Where It Happens, Social Workers Need Fun Too, Parkside Tamarac events, and REFRESH) are invitation-only, but they’re not exclusive! If you’d like an invitation to anything I do, feel free to email me at TwillieBryantCreative@gmail.com. I’d love to connect with you! Here’s to a year filled with purpose, collaboration, and impactful events. Let’s make 2025 unforgettable! P.S. If you see me out here with a look like the one in the picture, tell me to fix my face. 😂 Shoutout to Daniel Wakefield for giving me that shot for free. #crazyface #NewYear #TwillieBryantCreative #ParksideTamarac #TheDennisProject #PR2U #SocialWorkersNeedFunToo #RoomWhereItHappens #REFRESH

I did a thing today. I Locked-In! Shoutout to Romi Wallach and Nicole Mastrangelo from The Daily Drip (and all the ladies who I saw doing this) for planting the idea in my head about carving out intentional time to reflect, reset, and refocus. That’s exactly what today was about. I started the day at sunrise on the beach (because, why not start with beauty and peace? 🌅), did coffee and croissant at a little Italian spot, and then took my Lock-In to another level by spending the day at a hotel near the beach—no office, no home distractions, just a fresh, focused environment. Bonus: I could sneak out for a quick beach walk during lunch. 😎 This day was all about looking back on the past year...what worked, what didn’t, and what I could’ve done differently...and then turning that reflection into action. I set goals, built a plan, and put strategies in place to move forward with purpose. I was so grateful my daughter English Pollard joined me as my Lock-In partner, as she fleshed out her own things and took work calls from our hotel room. Honestly, this is something you can do solo, but having someone with you, to go through these worksheets I created, makes it so much more meaningful and energizing. I didn’t just wing it, though. I came prepared! I created an agenda for the day (complete with reflection worksheets and goal planning sheets), packed all the essentials (yes, I made a whole list), and broke the day into chunks with reflective time, breaks, and moments to just sit and dream. I even got to use a beautiful planner gifted by Lydia Ford at Allegro Fort Lauderdale. It was perfect for mapping out my goals, laying out my year, and breaking it all down into manageable weekly actions. This Lock-In was SO impactful, I’ll definitely be doing more of them. And here’s the exciting part: Twillie Bryant Creative will be hosting exclusive Lock-In sessions in the future. These will be small, invite-only gatherings, complete with breakfast, snacks and lunch (because what is a day without food?), designed to help others reflect, reset, and realign their goals for success. So, stay tuned! I’d love to help you lock in next time! #LockIn #HappyNewYear #TwillieBryantCreative

  • At the heart of the Twillie Bryant Creative approach to brand development is a simple yet profound truth: People do business with those they know, like, and trust. That’s why every strategy I create is built around genuine connection, adding value, and engaging with like-minded people. This is the foundation of the work I’m doing for my client, Seema Lakhani, at Parkside Memory Care Tamarac, Broward County's newest standalone memory care community. Together with Susette Tyson (the lovely sales and marketing director), we’ve hosted invitation-only gatherings, like hardhat tours and preview lunches, to connect with South Florida’s professionals and community partners. Today’s private event for private duty/home health professionals was another step in sharing Parkside Tamarac’s vision: providing dementia care with dignity, fostering a culture where residents, families, and staff all feel heard and at home. I’m so proud of the intentionality Seema has brought to this project and honored to help amplify her story. Stay tuned for January, when we’ll host senior living (Independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facility) professionals, and later in January, a grand opening to welcome the entire community! • As November comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect and say thank you... I don’t often market Twillie Bryant Creative, which is ironic since I spend so much time helping others grow their businesses through relationships. But I realize that’s exactly how my business grows... through authentic connections. The fact that my phone rings with people saying, “Hey Melinda, can we sit down and talk? I’d love to work with you,” is such a humbling and affirming experience. It hasn’t happened overnight, and there are days when I miss the comfort of a regular paycheck. But the journey of building something for myself has brought so much growth and fulfillment. I juggle many roles (business owner, wife, mother, ministry worker...all of the things) and I’m grateful for the flexibility to pause when needed, to take breaks, and to stay aligned with what truly matters. If I haven’t said it enough: thank you. Thank you for believing in me, even on the days when I doubt myself. Your encouragement keeps me going. But deep down, I know I wouldn’t have taken this step if I didn’t believe in myself and the calling I feel to help people build their brands and relationships. For me, brand development is all about relationships. It’s about the know, like, and trust factor that we’ll never get away from. While there are countless marketing strategies out there... from digital ads to social media tactics... I firmly believe that brands live inside the stories we tell, the relationships we nurture, and the value we bring to others. That’s my approach. It’s a hill I’m willing to die on, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who trusts me to walk alongside you in your journey. Here’s to growing together. #Gratitude #RelationshipsMatter #BrandDevelopment #TwillieBryantCreative

He wanted to use this video to promote me, but I’m going to use it to give HIM a shoutout. My friend Keni MacLeod and I go waaayyyy back. He flew down from Canada for my Author Launch Party and, since he’s starting a media company, he wanted to film some content for me at the event. The day after, he came to my studio to discuss some entrepreneurship stuff, and I also did a few headshots for him to help him get started with a rock-solid brand presence. He was so impressed, he made me this video. To say I’m blown away is an understatement. He did 4 things that we all should consider when working with our clients: ✅ He helped me tell my story ✅ He made ME feel like the hero (what feeling are you selling?) ✅ He included UGC to create a sense of FOMO ✅ He sought feedback throughout to make sure it accomplished MY goals He’s not even on LinkedIn yet, but rest assured that I’ll be recommending Keni far and wide once he’s ready to go. COMMENT if you see yourself in the video!!! #headshots #personalbranding #photography
