👀 👀 Hot off the press in Nature Leukemia: a non-invasive comprehensive genomic profiling assay designed specifically for pediatric cancers supported by a Twist Custom Panel and hybridization reagents. This pivotal tool dubbed PeCan-seq only requires a 1 ml sample, and can detect diverse classes of genomic alteration, including structural variants, and is relatively inexpensive compared to other current detection methods.
