Welcoming a new member to our Techosystem community ❤️ Together we can do more 🤝

Dear members and partners! We are pleased to announce the appointment of Maksym Bakhmatov as CEO of Techosystem!👏 A well-known innovator, strategist, and business scaling expert, Maksym will implement the ambitious goals of our organization: increasing the number of members to 500, expanding the impact on the technology market, and integrating Ukrainian startups into the international community. Also planned: ▪️Developing partnerships with international investors. ▪️Creating a space for meetings and work of Techosystem members. ▪️Expanding the influence of the union by opening representative offices in such Ukrainian cities as Lviv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, and Rivne. ▪️Launching new clusters and committees to strengthen cooperation between members. Maksym Bakhmatov shared his vision: “Techosystem is a platform for stimulating the development of the Ukrainian technology industry. Our development vector is to increase the number of participants and improve the quality of cooperation. We have to look to the regions, create new representative offices, including international ones, and develop physical space for the ecosystem. This is a necessary step, because the ecosystem must have a place to grow, develop and unite people. My goal is to create conditions for the sustainable development of startups that will form the basis of the country's future economy”. Under Maksym's leadership, Techosystem will continue to strengthen the position of the Ukrainian tech community and integrate Ukrainian startups into the global market. We wish Maksym every success! Dear Members and Partners of Techosystem, Today marks an important moment as our CEO Kateryna Hrechko concludes her executive role to focus on embracing one of life’s most significant projects — her journey as a mother ❤️ With immense gratitude and heartfelt wishes, we congratulate her as she embarks on this new chapter. Since the union’s foundation in 2022, Kateryna’s energy, belief in success, and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in shaping and developing our community. “I am deeply grateful to everyone who has joined us in creating a vibrant microcosm of innovation and collaboration. This chapter of life will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you to the team and partners whose support and involvement made this adventure possible. Wishing the community a bright and successful journey ahead. Let’s continue to grow!” — shared Kateryna. Under Kateryna’s leadership: ▪️The union was twice awarded the Union of the Year in 2023 and 2024. ▪️The community grew to over 95 members. ▪️A team of 13 professionals was built. ▪️Two cadencies of the Board of Directors were democratically elected. ▪️Over 70 projects were implemented. ▪️More than 10 international delegations were organised. ▪️Two committees, two clusters, and six working groups were established. ▪️Over 20 partnerships were formed. Kateryna has been recognised among “Top Women Ukraine: VC and Startup Ecosystem 2024” by Vestbee, highlighting her significant contribution to fostering Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem. We sincerely thank Kateryna for her dedication, inspiration, and hard work which laid the foundation for transforming our community into a strong and influential union. Her contribution will remain a solid foundation for future growth and new achievements!

With the support of international partners, the government, and stakeholders, Techosystem is actively forming new clusters to enhance Ukraine's innovation potential. The focus is on AgriFood Tech, EdTech, HealthTech, and Energy & Environment Tech, which are set to launch in the first quarter of 2025. These initiatives aim to create an ecosystem for collaboration, innovation, and economic growth. ⭐️ One of the significant stages in the development of the strategic clusters—EdTech, AgriFood Tech, HealthTech, and Energy & Environment Tech—has been successfully completed! We are summarising the outcomes of a series of online meetings held on 3, 11, 16, and 18 December, which brought together key representatives from across these industries. During the online meetings, we: ▪️Introduced participants and established a platform for further collaboration. ▪️Presented the goals of the clusters and identified their main objectives. ▪️Discussed market challenges and shared global insights into cluster development. ▪️Shared news and case studies, enriching the discussions and making them both engaging and useful. ▪️Invited participants to join sector-specific research into product verticals. Additionally, participants were invited to take part in upcoming strategic cluster sessions. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to influence the development of the clusters and define the key directions for their work in 2025. During these sessions, we will prioritise tasks, set objectives, and develop a clear and actionable plan.
