What did you learn in GTM that helps you with your role now?     🤝 Unified Team Spotlight: Meet Josh Kim 🤝🏼, who runs Customer Activation at Unify! 1. What, in your opinion, is the most gratifying part of helping customers get to value? "Honestly? Just seeing them win. We've had multiple champions get promoted and evolve in their org because they were booking so much pipeline through Unify and needed someone to close. Seeing outbound "click" for a company is a magical moment. And it's been very rewarding to see that firsthand through Unify." 2. What has been your biggest learning since working on customer activation? How did your background in pre-sales help you? "That outbound is different for every customer. Every company has a specific outbound strategy that works for them, and that means that they should leverage different intent signals for warm outbound. Finding this strategy requires a lot of patience + experimentation and I've had to help customers realize that." 3. How would you describe the culture of the customer success team at Unify? "We move fast and cover a lot of ground. Our team is still in it's early stages, but we are always collaborating to provide the best support for our customers.
