Meet Scott Gardner 👋 He is our Director of Product Operations and has been at The Op Games for almost 3 years! 💼 What's your favorite part about your job? Working with the Product Operations team and interacting with all our extremely talented teammates. At the core, I love having the opportunity to impact how we operate and to design the internal engine of our process and project management tools. 🖥️ What's your favorite project that you've been involved in at The Op? Any project that involves problem solving to increase our team’s overall daily efficiencies. I have an absolute blast designing custom applications that support and drive our product teams to cross the finish line a little faster, and together. 🃏 What’s your favorite tabletop game? Oh, the greatest card game of all time of course, Flip 7! It’s the only game that I want to play repeatedly. I am extremely competitive, so this one is the one, I will never turn down an opportunity to play. 🏒 Do you have any other hobbies outside of board gaming? I love playing hockey and golf when I can. Listening to Metal and going to live shows. And of course, my #1 favorite hobby, hanging with my 4-year-old daughter.
