We are Texas Local Technical Assistance Program, providing a platform for municipal and county road agencies and seasoned professionals in road, bridge/culvert, and traffic safety management. In Texas, there's a tremendous need for sound technical advice to maintain over 220,000 miles of roads and 12,000 span-type bridges while building new infrastructure to meet the state's transportation demands.
