Today marks the end of an incredible semester! I am excited to share that my team, the Visionary Crew, and I have successfully completed our final project for the Kwik Trip Integrated Core Program (ICP). For Project Three, we focused on developing best practices to attract and retain top talent in the DeForest/Madison market, providing Kwik Trip, Inc. with tailored recommendations on benefits and employment packages. I am incredibly grateful to my professors, Diana Tempski, MBA, Stacy Trisler, and Kelly Nowicki, for their exceptional guidance and support throughout this journey. A special thank you to my amazing teammates, Amanda Limoni, Anna Oelke, Joey Neubert, and Revyn Abbott-Beversdorf. Your dedication and unique skills made our success possible. Additionally, I had the honor of speaking at the ICP Banquet, where I shared our team’s journey and the teamwork skills we developed. This program has been instrumental to my growth, enhancing my communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Thank you to everyone who supported us, especially Kwik Trip, Inc., for sponsoring this enriching experience. The ICP has prepared me well for future professional endeavors, and I’m excited to apply these valuable lessons!

This semester, my Principles of Sustainable Business students took on an exciting real-world challenge, partnering with Elevate Media Group Inc, led by Scott Davies and Steve Londre. Early in the semester, Scott and Steve came to our class to share insights about their business, answer students’ questions, and kick off a project focused on incorporating the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their operations. Using the SDG Compass as a framework, students worked hard to develop creative and practical ideas to help Elevate Media Group Inc become more sustainable. The semester culminated in final presentations where students shared their recommendations, and I couldn’t be prouder of their thoughtful, well-researched work. A huge thank you to Scott Davies and Steve Londre for their time, enthusiasm, and commitment to sustainability—it made this project an invaluable learning experience for everyone involved. Congratulations to my students on a job well done! Your hard work and dedication this semester truly stood out. It’s inspiring to see the next generation of business leaders tackling sustainability challenges with such creativity. #SustainableBusiness #UNSDGs #ExperientialLearning #HigherEducation #ThankYou #FutureLeaders UW-La Crosse College of Business Administration UW-L Management Department

I’m proud to share that this past Sunday I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Analytics. I have learned a lot over the past few years from my professors, colleagues, and classmates. I would like to thank the CBA and Kwik Trip Integrated Core Program for all your support and opportunities to develop as a young professional. I look forward to call myself a UWL alumni and share what I have learned with others. A special thank you to all my family, friends, and mentors for your support through my college career. Excited for my next chapter at Baird!

I am happy to share that I was able to introduce the UW-La Crosse College of Business Administration Gordon Spellmand Fund with my Investment Management Team Mya Trafficante, Charlie Johnson, Joey Neubert, and Noah Borden in front of board members last Friday. This semester was my first year working with the team and I am grateful for the opportunity. As a team we would meet weekly to track and report the fund, analyzing the fund’s sector weights and returns, making recommendations with this data. I am glad to have been a part of the team, and I am looking forward to the future of the Spellman Fund.
