Bass described HDU as a “centralizing force for digital healthcare infrastructure,” functioning like a public utility to enable seamless data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem. Over the past year, HDU has gained significant momentum, highlighted by its nclusion in the FY25 Labor-H Appropriations Act.
