Thank you to everyone who made the first New York City Offshore Wind Immersion Week a huge success! Last week, 90 students from across New York City and 5 CTE programs got to learn about offshore wind from 8 developers and community partners before diving into interactive career exploration VR software for the Offshore Wind Industry. Vinci VR's mission is to provide local communities the resources they need to tap into growing opportunities; this is hopefully the first of many more Career Immersion Events to come! Please reach out if you want to participate or help in the next Immersion Event! Thank you to everyone who made this possible! About us
VINCI prepares people for a complex world with next generation Virtual Reality technology. Our success is measured by the number of lives we save or improve. VINCI is pioneering CODEX, an end-to-end Virtual Reality Training platform featuring a highly customizeable simulation authoring tool, ultra realistic 3D simulator running on next-gen headsets, and a robust data analytics platform. With codex, training teams can both access immersive and realistic training via VR, and also customize and analyze their training like never before. VINCI is currently working with the US Air Force and US Army to modernize training for the DoD. In addition, VINCI has been prototyping and testing safety training in the Offshore Wind sector. Our simulations have shown to improve pass rates by 30%, improve material retention for 83% of students, and increase hands-on training time by as much as 495 hours - all while reducing costs by as much as 90%.
