Congratulations Stefanie Kupka and the rest of November 2024 LEAD Team Orange 🧡!
I had the pleasure of completing the University of Virginia's Leading, Educating, and Developing (LEAD) program last week! This incredible program provided me with opportunities to sharpen my leadership skills, build strategic thinking, and collaborate with peers across various sectors. Throughout this program, I learned valuable insights into navigating complex challenges, fostering innovation, and driving meaningful change in local government and sustainability initiatives. As someone passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainable development, the program reinforced my commitment to creating resilient communities. The knowledge and connections I’ve gained will undoubtedly enhance my work in advancing the City of Fairfax’s sustainability and climate action goals. A big thank you to the amazing instructors and colleagues who made this journey so impactful. A special shout out and thank you to the AWESOME Team Orange: Doug Walker, Earl Anderson, Rob Rowley CEM, Alisha Vines, Anamaria Acuna! I miss you guys already! Looking forward to applying these skills to strengthen partnerships, empower teams, and continue driving progress in sustainability and public service. #LeadershipDevelopment #Sustainability #PublicService #ProfessionalGrowth #LEADProgram
