  • Building trust is the only thing that matters in #healthcare. 🤝🥼 On this week’s episode of Marketing Moves, we sat down with Matt Buder Shapiro, CMO of Vytalize Health, the fastest-growing private company in the United States, to discuss the marketing strategies that helped grow their revenue from $1 million to $1 billion in 3 years as CMO. Vytalize Health is a leading risk-bearing provider enablement platform helping primary care doctors strengthen relationships with their patients through data-driven, holistic, and personalized care. A “new ACO,” it has helped 3,000 providers and managed more than $2.5 billion in medical spending. Matt is no stranger to the healthcare industry, as he founded and served as #CMO of Medpilot, which helped over 1 million patients through their healthcare experience before being acquired by Vytalize Health in 2021. With his proven success, he breaks down the marketing strategies that work in an ever-evolving industry—including how he built a brand and #GTM on virtually zero marketing budget. 👀 Tune in to learn more about the best #marketing strategies for the healthcare industry, his thoughts on the strategies Cleveland’s start-up ecosystem could benefit from, and how Vytalize Health is changing healthcare for the better. 🎙️

President @ VividFront | Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company | Scaling Brands Digitally

I’m sitting in my daughter’s nursery rocking her to sleep. I usually use this time to gather my thoughts or clear my inbox, but this morning I’m using it to reflect. 2024 was a tumultuous year for our industry. There were peaks and valleys for our business, and in the valleys we faced our hardest challenges to date, head on. 2024 was also the year I took on the greatest promotion with the heaviest workload and least recognition: the position of Mom. As leaders, we all know that nothing in business is guaranteed and the only constant is change. However, this year really forced us to step up to the plate and show up for our people. Here’s how it ended up: • 17% revenue growth YoY & goal exceeded • Profit target achieved • Record setting benefits & employee perks usage (5,087 hours of unlimited PTO used across 31 employees, 14 company wide holidays, multiple 100% paid 12-week maternity leaves, thousands in referral incentives paid to employees, mental health benefits implemented alongside our continued world class health, vision and dental coverage, continuing education reimbursements redeemed, competitive salaries offered, and much more) • 8 extremely talented new hires added to our roster • Notable new logos including University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and Lasko Products • Peak performance for the majority of our portfolio, with monumental successes for brands like WÜSTHOF, The Josh Bersin Company, Green Paper Products® and Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve • Measurable results from establishing ourselves as industry thought leaders through our podcast, Marketing Moves, and a new high-impact website experience • A healthy pipeline of new opportunities for 2025 There is so much to be grateful for. And for me, the gratitude is boundless for: My partners: Lisa Perry Kovacs & Joseph Testa Our next level leaders: Molly Killeen, Nathan Statt, McKenzie Clark, Kyle Mollison, Toni Pekar, Nicole Olenik, & Tyler Elwing Our 2024 employee-elected MVP: Karen Steinbauer and last year’s noble recipient Amy Kessler Our special award winners: Aminah Wyatt, Morgan Holler, Morgan Everett, & Meghan Kane Our wildly talented designers who level up our branding and animation prowess year after year: Alissa Martin & Connor Wells Our powerhouse PMs who took 2024 by storm: Taylor Rosplohowski, Jocelyn Crum & Kendra Keene Our B2B gurus: Megan Ondich & Allison Gray and content engine: Kristi Mckenna Our web wizards: Hannah Costanzo, Paulina Säwström Carestam & Cameron Burnett Our founder: Andrew Spott & his dad, Doug, who always keeps us smiling. Our fearless podcast host and networking shark: Ashtyn Morris And last but not least, Sarah Lowe, MBA for coming in and helping me conquer my first season as a working parent. Cheers to all we’ve accomplished and all we will accomplish, together. Lastly, that is me in the Santa suit. Happy Holidays 🚀 VividFront

Senior Account Executive at VividFront | Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club Social Director | Podcast Host

I’m a little behind on our Spotify Wrapped recap, but better late than never, right? 🎙️ 2024 was the year VividFront got serious about podcasting. There’s so much work behind the scenes to make our weekly episodes happen, and I’m so grateful to have a team that supports each other to produce the best show possible. Lisa Perry Kovacs & Madison Riddell: What started with Lisa's vision for a podcast has now blossomed into a full-scale, in-house podcast studio for ourselves and podcast clients. With Madison's help, they curated the set and equipment (and found the most comfortable chairs ever), formulated the Marketing Moves marketing strategy, and will periodically serve as hosts. Without them laying the foundation, Marketing Moves wouldn’t exist. Andrew Spott: When it came to the nitty-gritty of the podcast studio build-out, Andrew and his dad, Doug, were vital in the construction of our space. From interfacing with the contractors, getting their hands dirty from time to time, and keeping the project on track, they helped turn our space into a real studio. Sarah Lowe, MBA: Our weekly Marketing Moves release simply would not happen without her. Every week, she is behind the booth ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from the sound checks, live editing, post-production, and episode release. Her attention to detail makes this podcast so special—sorry for making you re-record so many intros when I stumble. 😉 Kyle Mollison: Or as you all may know him, your marketer’s favorite marketer. Kyle is always helping ideate topics for us to discuss and is a great internal partner when I need someone to bounce ideas off. Plus, he’s my favorite Mini Moves guest, and our Cleveland Magazine's 2024 Best of Cleveland win wouldn’t be possible without him. The time and effort put into this podcast this year was substantial, but we’d never change it, as the numbers speak for themselves. Our growth, however, would not be possible without our listeners; your support allows us to keep doing what we love and share guest’s stories and marketing insights. I am humbled to have the opportunity to interview so many incredible marketers and leaders, and the support pushes me to work harder to be the best host I can be for anyone tuning in. I never imagined this would be part of my job description, but I am incredibly grateful that it is now a part of my day-to-day. What topics would you like us to cover in 2025? What are some marketing questions you need answers to? Or, who should be on Marketing Moves next? Leave a comment or shoot me a DM. 👇
