Last night, attendees at the Max Global Content Showcase in London, hosted by Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of HBO and Max Content, were given an exclusive preview of the exciting lineup on Max in 2025 and beyond. The event was a demonstration of HBO‘s unwavering dedication to delivering premium content and Warner Bros. Discovery’s commitment to excellence in entertainment. Event Highlights: ⚡️ Magical News: Showrunner and EP, Francesca Gardiner, and Director and EP, Mark Mylod, revealed the HBO Original ‘Harry Potter’ series will begin shooting over the summer. 🎥 Exclusive Previews: Attendees were given a first look at upcoming seasons of highly anticipated series, including The White Lotus Season 3 and The Last of Us Season 2, plus new projects like A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a Game of Thrones prequel. 📌 Focus on Local Content: Max is dedicated to producing high-quality local originals, with Polish drama The Thaw set to renew for Season 3, and new French scripted series, Privileges and Paolo, to start production in early 2025. 🌟 Talks with Talent: Executive Producer, Salma Hayek Pinault, announced Like Water for Chocolate will be renewed for another season following its global success, and Diane Kruger, star of new French original production The Seduction, introduced the female take on the timeless classic ‘Dangerous Liaisons’. 💙 More Max Launches: In Spring 2025 Max will launch in Turkey with BluTV becoming Max, followed by more markets including Australia in H1 2025.
