The VP was able to develop & sharpen the skills to lead whilst working and leading from remote locations within the region. Key was to lead through others by establishing a leadership steering team, creating a co-owned vision, defining the purpose and the ‘Why' of the leadership team and then work jointly on the ‘What' and on the ‘How'. The executive described his newly acquired skills as it’s like "adding a new dimension to my leadership repertoire".
