We ran a great feedback session yesterday around the state of current ATS's, what people like what they don't like etc. We had people from all variants of different business giving us experiences and opinions on products they've used and potential ways to improve the TA process. 👨💼 👩💼 Whilst the session brought up many areas one thing stood out as a major area of concern for nearly every product discussed. That was.... Reporting. 📊 Therefore, I'd like to ask our TA network, Does your ATS give you what you (and your stakeholders) need in terms of reporting capabilities?

TA's We Need your knowledge! Over the past year to 18 months we have been behind the scenes building what we expect will be a product that will take the internal hiring technology scene by storm. Hotlist is a new ATS built using the power of Microsoft, and delivered by a business with over 10 successful years in the agency recruitment world. But what we need is feedback, and we have set up 3 focus groups in November that we'd love you to be part of; 7th Nov - Online on Teams 12pm 21st Nov- At our London office (EC4N) with Lunch 12pm 21st Nov- At our London office (EC4N) with Network drinks 4.30pm This is a great way to help us to finalise a product based on what real users would want and hope for in a new revolutionary system, and also give you a chance to network with like minded, tech savvy TA specialists potentially facing the same issues. The session itself will be relatively interactive, as we ultimately are asking for your knowledge. It'll take about 1hr, and for your time we will also give you 💷 £100 Amazon Voucher. We only have a limited number available, so please let us know if you are interested.

Last week at RecFest UK, and to celebrate the launch of Hotlist we ran a fun 'Football themed' penalty game offering delegates the chance to win Amazon vouchers. 3 Goals would get you into the prize draw of £250, and 3 goals in Top, Middle and bottom of the net target 🥅 would get a spot prize of £50. It was literally played by 100s of football ⚽ and proved to be a bit more difficult that it seemed. So congrats to Oliver Tranfield, Anish Mishra, Rebecca Hutton, Kevin Clare and Ian Everett for winning £50 💷 Voucher which will be sent today via email. Now for the Prize Draw of £250 Amazon Voucher 💰 💰 💰 £250.... the winner is Raj Gill Associate CIPD. Thanks to all that played! Annoyingly, we didn't have any good pics of anyone scoring a goal, so please see our CTO Mat Hayes, having a go on the giant Jenga at Ph.Creative stand!
