With 34 digital showrooms across 18 countries, we are committed to our digital journey here at VERO MODA. This year, we focused on localization, training, and digital events to ensure our teams and customers get the best experience possible.
Our investment in these tools has paid off. In 2023-24, we set a new BESTSELLER record with nearly EUR 160 million in sales through our digital showrooms globally . Originally developed by VERO MODA and BESTSELLER Germany, with support from BESTSELLER TECH, the tool is now used widely across a majority of brands and markets.
The digital showroom goes beyond being just a touchscreen tool; it’s an interactive platform that transforms how we present and adjust new collections for customers. It’s about inspiration, options, and data, all while enhancing relationships with our customers by bridging the gap between physical and digital sales.
