The 2025 WELD Tell It Like It Is Thursday® theme, WELD Resilient Leadership: From Awareness to Action, Managing Burnout, Unhealthy Stress and Cognitive Overload, aligns closely with WELD’s mission to empower women to lead, thrive and drive economic prosperity in their communities. CaseyCramer, Marketing and Communications Manager, The Ohio State University Libraries, will moderate a panel of esteemed leaders from Five to Flow in partnership with SIX to understand the physical, mental, and emotional indicators of burnout in leadership roles. Our panelists include: • Laura Beavin-Yates, PhD, Chief Marketing Officer, SIX • JasonHaller. Managing Director, Five to Flow • Kate Visonti, Founder and CEO, Five to Flow • Dr. Alexis Yamokoski, Chief Humanologist, Five to Flow The speakers will aim to provide attendees with information on how to integrate burnout indicators in their leadership development training and equip their leaders with tools and strategies to mitigate these issues.
