At Wenaha Group, we value the opportunity to be engaged with our clients on multiple projects. One of our many projects with the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe was new parking upgrades for the Sequim Little League!

Construction Project Management & Consulting
About us
Wenaha Group is a Native American-owned construction project management and consulting firm owned by Rob Quaempts. Founded in 2010, Wenaha Group is a diverse and experienced team of construction professionals who provide program, construction, and project management for clients of all sizes and types. Led by our 13 Guiding Principles we serve clients and their communities across the U.S. Wenaha Group is named after the Wenaha Wilderness which is located in the southeast region of Washington and Oregon state. This sacred place provided for and sustained the ancestors of Wenaha Group’s President, Rob Quaempts since time immemorial. Like the wilderness, Wenaha Group’s mission is to serve and provide sustainable infrastructure and services to communities for generations to come. Currently, the company employs over 30 full-time staff across 4 locations, including our headquarters in Federal Way, WA, and offices in Kennewick, WA, Portland, OR, and Pendleton, OR. Outside of these regions, we also service clients in Louisiana, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Our guiding principles are inspired by the 13 structural support poles of a Columbia River basin-style tipi. We infuse these principles into the foundation of every project. They are an integral part of our team’s ethical ecosystem, both personally and professionally. The value of community The potential of respect The dignity of simplicity The strength of diversity The wisdom of economy The influence of humility The importance of balance The joy of creating The power of collaboration The success of perseverance The satisfaction of hard work The worth of strong character The importance of transparency

To our clients, friends, and industry partners, With mixed emotions, we share with you a change happening within our Wenaha Group family. Our Director of Client Services, Kari McCormick, has decided to move on from our firm and embark on a new path in her career journey. Her time with Wenaha Group has elevated us to new levels of client centricity, showing us how to go above and beyond building strong relationships and to be caring and compassionate about your day-to-day work. As a leader, she modeled our 13 Guiding Principles and helped us make an impact for good in the world. Kari has shared her gratitude to being part of Wenaha Group’s growth and success. “It is not very often you get the opportunity to work with so many amazing people, who care as much as you do about providing the absolute best to our clients and industry partners. I have been truly blessed to do what I love in such a supportive environment.” We are all incredibly grateful for having her as part of our family at Wenaha, and we know she will continue to be successful and to have a positive impact with everything she does. We wish her all the best!

Great job Taylor and the team!
It’s an exciting day: C-TRAN’s new Operations building is officially open! This building provides a much-needed space for employees to work, as well as a gym and a quiet room to practice self-care between shifts. We’re still getting settled and adding finishing touches, but we’re moved in! This also completes a larger revamp of C-TRAN’s 65th Avenue campus that expanded the Maintenance building and renovated an existing building for Facilities. #ctran #VanWa #Operations #PublicTransit
