Fresh from the experience design team, exploring the question of how our phones should interact in the age of AI.
What if we reimagined the home screen for the AI era? Our Experience Design team at WHIPSAW recently explored this question, challenging one of the most basic smartphone conventions. Our solution is a dynamic AI-integrated interface based on a modular bento box layout. Instead of focusing our interactions on apps, we envisioned a more holistic system that adapts to the user’s context and unifies related workflows. Imagine comparing flight prices, checking maps, and coordinating with friends all in a single, seamless view. We're curious to hear your thoughts: How do you envision the future of mobile interfaces? What features would make your digital life more seamless? 🔗 Link to the article: https://lnkd.in/dfDKyQPQ

In an increasingly complex world, design has the power to do more than solve problems—it can create a future that is simpler, more meaningful, and deeply connected. This is why we care about the future: At our core, we believe design should leave a lasting, positive impact. We aim to create products and systems that are durable, sustainable, and joyful because they enrich lives and make the world better. But we’re not waiting for the future to happen—we’re shaping it intentionally. By responding to today’s signals, we’re building what tomorrow needs. Why should you care? Because the future isn’t just something we predict—it’s something we can help you define, design, and bring to life. And we don’t just talk about ideas; we make the things that build the future. Our Futures Report 2025 explores one of our time's most pressing challenges—and opportunities—connection. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eNQ6yrEk

Another one for the weekend. We partnered with IonQ to create a visual language for quantum computers. Over three years, we worked to bridge the technical demands of quantum technology with an industrial design that reflects IonQ’s pioneering spirit.
