Last night’s WINC Founders event brought together a diverse group of women from across tech, politics, the workforce, entrepreneurship, and those seeking employment. The conversations were rich with insight, and the connections made will undoubtedly continue to grow beyond this event. What was initially planned as our final gathering for 2024 has led to the collective decision to host a Holiday Party in December. It’s clear that this community provides a unique and much-needed space for professional women to engage, connect, and find support—without barriers such as fees or memberships. This space has become a place where women feel heard, respected, and empowered to share their challenges and opportunities openly. We were also proud to support a local, woman-owned business, Pharm Table with delicious food and an incredible service - as part of the Her Texas - Fork and Femme initiative, hosted by JASMIN BRAND. Stay tuned for details on our upcoming Holiday Party in December, as we continue to grow this community and its impact. Christine C. | Elizabeth Eichhorn | Lina G. ✨ This is it—our final event of the year, and it’s going to be something truly special. ✨ We’ve partnered with Her Texas for an unforgettable evening as part of their Fork and Femme event. This is your last chance in 2024 to connect with the incredible women of WINC Founders. If you’ve been waiting to attend, this is the event you won’t want to miss. Picture this: an intimate gathering with driven women like you, coming together to support each other, share ideas, and elevate our community—all while enjoying amazing food from a local woman-owned restaurant, Pharm Table. 🍽️ Seats are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Don’t be the one who wishes they had come. Join us, claim your spot, and close out 2024 with purpose, connection, and inspiration. #HerTexas #WINCFounders #networking #WomenInInnovation #WomenInTech #WomenInAI #WomenInSTEM #SATX #SanAntonio #PharmTable

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Her Circle Social Hour, hosted by the WINC Founders powered by Tech Bloc. The inspirational founding members, Christine C., Ileana Gonzalez, Elizabeth Eichhorn, and Lina G. Rugova, did a wonderful job of providing an inviting and collaborative space for what seemed to be 50+ women as some trickled in throughout the evening. WINC strives to empower women in STEM, innovation, and entrepreneurship with resources and support through collaborative efforts. During the event many laughs were had while valuable connections were made. These events are much needed to help invite and sustain new and existing women into the industry as we strive to increase the 29% representation in STEM. It is always great seeing the Latinitas San Antonio Advisory Council members and friends Sylvia Salas-Brown, MPA and Erica Rempel as well as hearing the organization socialized throughout the City of San Antonio. Thank you Alissa Casanova for joining me. More on the horizon from this group, and I am grateful to have attended launch event. Caitlin C.
