Last week I had the opportunity to visit the recently completed Campus 244 project that is another mass timber project. I am a fan of Winter Construction and how they do things and our friends, Heather Tuskowski, Ray Miller and Brian Spickard held a well-organized tour of a great project. Mass timber is here to stay as a construction type and StructureCraft guided this team through the detailing and acquisition. Brent Reid and Tom Nichols are great leaders and have created a great construction firm that now has a national presence as part of the DiGeronimo Companies. S9ARCHITECTURE of New York is the architect and we are happy to say that Goode Van Slyke Architecture is working with S9 on a prestigious mixed-use development on Atlanta’s west side.
