From June 8th through July 23rd Work Well Groups LLC is leading a 7 week Mental Fitness intensive. 30 mins each week group meeting; the Positive Intelligence app; 3 one on one 30 min Laser Focused sessions on a topic that is important to you as you maintain your balance, focus and poise through the year towards your goals. Here's what one person said after the 7 weeks -- "Karl, thank you for selecting me for this program. It has been a gift. The ability to identify and counteract my self-adopted beliefs (Saboteurs) has been transformative. By embracing my higher self, or 'Sage,' I feel like I've discovered the best version of myself -- and she's AMAZING, LIGHT, LOVE & JOY." Work Well Groups LLC is helping Intersectional Leaders to find their authentic voice and style in the mainstream of work, to deliver on the languishing promise of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and drive innovation in companies. honored to be a semi-finalist! what a way to kick off Pride 2024 when i officially launched Work Well Groups LLC, i thought i'd need to just lead it on my own. my mentor said, never say "solopreneur" -- entre means between, and you will enroll support. over the last 17 months, i've been focused on honing my craft of coaching, landing certifications so i do work based on core, grounded principles i've prudently managed time, expenses, been super disciplined leaning on my professional experience, athlete training and academic rigor. while finding balance and practice deep self care. i've enrolled fellow travelers through Pollen and through my coaching programs, but starting a business can be tough on finances. i love what i do. the impact i have on my clients. they live lives as underrepresented leaders in organizations that they never thought possible. in sessions i watch them light up -- impossible fades to "this is happening, right now." today, a Mexican-American leader realized in session -- "it's silly for me to beat myself up. i'm already doing it." she shed an inner Judge and is liberated to engage her team, her daughter and her wiser inner self for greater well being, more effective relationships and ever greater performance against her own and company goals. over 300 sessions of this work and i'm just getting started, loving every day that i "get" to do this service. who knows how far i'll get on this journey, but just want to say thanks for the acknowledgement to @FoundersFirstCDC and for giving this fellow a little boost into Pride. feeling less and less alone in this.
