Company Overview: WorldSprings in Dallas, Zion Canyon Hot Springs in La Verkin, UT and Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs, CO are the outdoor, social-wellness experiences that helps every guest feel better through globally inspired soaking waters. Position Overview: The Business Analyst position will play a crucial role in helping WorldSprings’ Properties make data-driven decisions to optimize attendance and EBITDAR by analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations. This role will function across all WorldSprings locations with key initiatives including: pricing, marketing analytics, budgeting & forecasting, consumer behavior and insights, and web trends. Being well-versed in data analytics, as well as being a clear and effective communicator will lead to success. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Business Intelligence Consumer Insights & Digital Optimization Guest Acquisition & Retention Collaboration & Strategy Qualifications & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or consumer insights (hospitality or wellness industry a plus). Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field. Strong proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Knowledge of consumer behavior analytics, digital marketing performance metrics, and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing attribution models. Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
