Misplacing Things: Often losing personal items like keys, phones, or paperwork due to forgetfulness or disorganization. 3. Running Late: Struggling with time management, leading to frequent tardiness or underestimating how long tasks will take. 4. Risky Behaviors: Engaging in impulsive activities without considering the consequences, like reckless driving or making hasty decisions. 5. Lack of Listening: Appearing distracted or disconnected during conversations, even when others are speaking directly to them. 6. Prioritizing Perils: Difficulty prioritizing tasks, often focusing on the wrong things or procrastinating important responsibilities. 7. Relationship Roadblocks: Challenges in maintaining relationships due to impulsive actions, forgetfulness, or miscommunication. 8. Nervous Energy: Fidgeting, restlessness, or an inability to sit still, often feeling the need to move or engage in physical activities. 9. Memory Issues: Forgetting important details, appointments, or tasks, leading to confusion or missed deadlines. 10. Easy to Anger: Becoming frustrated or irritated more quickly than others, often due to feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood.
