Proteomics data-driven biotech at the forefront of machine learning & biology to advance personalized medicine

About us

Yatiri Bio was created to address the inefficiencies of cancer drug discovery and development, focusing on the translational gap between discovery and clinical success. The inherent heterogeneity in cancer patients requires both a new methodology and a systemwide approach. Past experience and data have shown that simple models often lead to expensive failures. We can do better. At Yatiri Bio we use unbiased proteomics, deep learning and patient derived cellular systems to create a molecularly defined patient landscape with empirically testable cellular systems embedded within it to identify the ideal patient subsets for novel therapeutics

  • Yatiri Bio Inc. receives $100k in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud credits from NVIDIA Inception program! We are extremely grateful to the NVIDIA Inception program and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for $100k in cloud credits. These credits will help drive the next generation of our deep-learning models that predict patient outcomes in AML and Ovarian cancer. Having this level of GPU computational power available allows us to explore the integration of large public ‘omics datasets with our vast internal data, further optimizing our knowledge maps to improve therapeutic positioning and patient outcomes. Please reach out to us if you are interested in identifying patients that may be sensitive to your therapeutic, or if you would like to collaborate on advancements in precision medicine. #nvidia, #NVIDIAInception, #ai #yatiribio, #AML, #OvarianCancer
