About us
Our Mission is to create emotionally healthy and highly competent teens and young adults by cultivating identity and personal values, ultimately encouraging each individual to aspire to the following: Lead Yourself – Students develop their ability to lead themselves through understanding and valuing who they are and what is special and unique about them as individuals. They are able to make values-based decisions that affect change within their own lives. Reach Outward – By identifying what inspires them about qualities in themselves students are prepared to value the differences that make others unique and special. Reaching outward into their families, peer groups, and schools, they are able to make values-based decisions that affect change within these groups. Seek to Understand – As students develop confidence in themselves and their abilities, learn to value the individuality of others, and work with people of all backgrounds, they are prepared to Seek to Understand the needs within their communities, thus enabling them to affect change within the greater world around them.
