Setbacks used to throw me off track 😬 I remember thinking I was doing something wrong or needed to be even stricter about my diet. Unsurprisingly, that would result in me feeling even more stressed and restricted, which only made my symptoms worse. But at some point, I realized that being hard on myself wasn’t getting me the results I wanted either. So, I decided to: ✅ Focus on monthly progress rather than daily progress ✅ Stop nitpicking at all of my symptoms all day long ✅ And start tuning into what my body was actually telling me instead of forcing things. The result? I realized I WAS making progress but was not on the timeline I thought I should be. By making those changes, I took a ton of pressure off of myself and finally started to heal. Remember… Setbacks are temporary. Choose to keep going. You’ve got this!
